The PSNI have swarmed the Teleperformance Call Centre after clashes following a controversial last-minute office sweepstake for the Euro’s.
The PSNI said they arrived to ‘sickening’ disturbances after staff member Shane Duffy drew Albania.
Company officials described some of the ‘worst scenes’ since the 2014 World Cup when Steve McDermott was handed 1000-1 outsiders Iran.
Duffy is said to have lost it when ‘Lucky’, Turlough Lewis, drew favourites Germany in a suspicious echo of events two years ago.
The PSNI report said, “A number of chairs were thrown and an HP LaserJet X8000 printer was ripped from its moorings.”
