A leading businessman in the Newry area Liam Nagle the CEO of Norbrook Laboratories has said he would like to be known from now on as Marie Antoinette the last Queen of France before the French Revolution.
This comes after news that he expected workers who were sent home during the recent snow to ‘suck it up’ when their pay was deducted.
Mr Nagle told Newry Spud:
“I see myself more like a Marie Antoinette type figure. As she was famous for her ‘let them eat cake’ quote I can see my legacy as the guy who doesn’t care much about staff. My pay won’t be docked regardless lol.”
