Newry’s newest rock group OC/DC are still waiting to make their first public performance they revealed today.

The rock group who have been offered a multimillion pound contract can’t seem to get into the recording studio because it is ‘not clean enough’.

Lead guitarist Gavan Quigley revealed that the 5 piece group have an album of songs to be recorded for their record label Virgin but simply can’t find anywhere clean enough. Gavan told to Newry Spud:

“It’s a nightmare, we can’t find a place that fits with our standards and we also can’t find a tour bus in the area that we think suits our freakishly weird standards of cleanliness.”
