A Newry artist has sensationally sued the Catholic Church after he claims they where the cause of him being caught with no tax or insurance on his motorbike we can reveal.
Andy Grant says he was ‘summoned’ to meet the Archbishop of Armagh Monsignor Eamon Martin in the Newry Cathedral to talk about painting it in case the Pope comes to visit.
We spoke with Andy who told us:
“I draw motorbikes and shit like that in my spare time. Monsignor Martin saw a post on Facebook and asked me to paint a few holy images in Newry Cathedral for the Pope.
On my way to meet him, the fucking cops stopped me on my motorbike and done me for no tax or insurance. The church better fucking pay for it baah or I’ll paint a big fucking Yamaha YZF-R1 Superbike on the Cathedral altar.”
