There is an unusual war ongoing in Newry involving two seemingly grown women we can confirm.

Michelle Hana and Judith McMahon are engaged in what some experts call a ‘Inspirational Quote Posting War’ in which they try to out quote each other with typical mind numbing quotes.

Newry Spud spoke to the two girls with Michelle saying:

“Judith started it baah. She thought she was some kind if high priest with her inspirational quotes. I just retaliated to show we can all just Google some shite and get a quote. She’s a real bitch.”

Judith told us:

“As the American essayist, lecturer, philosopher, and poet Ralph Emerson said, For every minute you remain angry, you give up sixty seconds of peace of mind. I Google’d that shit.”
