An internal enquiry has been launched by Translink after a convoy of Ulster Buses went around Newry in support of the NHS.
The enquiry is not about the generous show of solidarity but to find out how so many buses in Newry turned up on the dot at 8pm.
One local bus driver Ian Rooney told us:
“This is a total one off and we want the people of Newry to recognise that fact. We all turned up when asked at 8pm but please don’t think that we will be turning up on a punctual basis in an ordinary work day. It just won’t happen.”
