An ambitious gang of men from Culloville have started south Armagh’s first ever space programme we can reveal.
The men who have a keen interest in space travel have created what they believe is the first ever Irish made propulsion system that will get a south Armagh astronaut into outer space.
Chief engineer Feardia Farrell told Newry Spud:
“We are currently in the testing stages of the project. Last week during the full moon we noticed that the moon isn’t that far away really. So, we reckon this catapult machine we built will certainly get one of our astronauts up there within a lock of hours or so.”
