Counterfeit Note Warning As ‘Tiger McCullough’ Notes Hit Shops

note

POLICE have warned shoppers to be on their guard against a highly-sophisticated new batch of Bank of England £20 counterfeit notes.

The clever forgeries carry a photograph of Damian ‘Tiger’ McCullough the celebrity radio presenter from Armagh GAA broadcasts.

The PSNI have warned middle aged women shop cashiers to be on their guard as one glimpse of the heart-throb McCullough will cause them to drop their felt tip pens in a menopausal swoon.

A PSNI spokesman told Newry Spud:

“If you suspect a check-out woman has fallen under the spell of the McCullough £20 note, give her a good slap on the mouth.”
