Local GAA club Corrinshego GFC have entered the Guinness Book of World Records today when it was confirmed that they have the longest running lotto without a winner in the world.
Although official numbers have not been made public it is believed that there has never been a winner of the club’s lotto and not even one person has won £10 from their weekly pool.
A Guinness world Record spokesman told us:
“It really is quite extraordinary that nobody has even come close with 2 or 3 numbers out of four in the long history of their lotto system. If one was to be cynical one would think it’s a fix but of course one cannot say that.”
A Corrinshego spokesman told us:
“It’s all above board. Well, sorta. *winked at our reporter*”
