Conor McGregor with his now famous taste in bespoke suits has reached out to famous Bessbrook tailors Moorehead’s we understand.
We can exclusively reveal that McGregor will wear it during the press conferences leading up to his fight with Donald Cerrone at UFC 246 next weekend.
They have gone for a striking blue ensemble with white trim and navy tie. Initial reaction to the suit has been mixed with some loving it and others having to remove their eyeballs after viewing it.
A spokeswoman for Moorehead’s told Newry Spud:
“We’ve gone for a contemporary look for our first suit. We think the blue, navy and white will show off Conor’s pale complexion and ginger hair. It’s going to be a big hit, we are very happy with the end result. He still hasn’t paid for it, he put it in the book.”
But UFC insiders have suggested McGregor is very unhappy with the suit and the colour pallet. He has reportedly been seen in Louis Boyd’s getting measured sparking rumours that Boyd’s have taken over the contract to provide the UFC man’s suits.
A Louis Boyd’s spokesman would neither deny nor confirm the rumours.
