A 43 year-old plumber from Coleraine has taken a legal case out against 74% of the Newry population for ‘Trademark infringement’ we can reveal.
Jack Wills who said he was ‘stunned’ and ‘horrified’ after visiting Newry recently to see almost every other 3rd person wearing a clothing item with his name emblazoned on it.
A visibly shocked Mr Wills told Newry Spud:
“I was amazed really to see how many Newry people are using my name for some kind of sick joke on all their hoodies, jumpers and t-shirts, it is incredibly creepy really.
I have instructed my solicitor to send out a blanket letter to all Newry households asking everyone to stop wearing my name on their garments.”
