The Barcroft Community are walking on hot coals tonight as two of the district’s ‘heavy weights’ have started a row over a ‘historical race’ we can reveal.

Johnny ‘Panzer’ Boyle and Gavin ‘Mother Teresa’ Malone have only just stopped a civil war in the ghetto of Barcroft over car parking but it seems they have found another thing to fight over.

We spoke to Gavin Malone who told us:

“Panzer beat me in the Newry Marathon. I accept he’s the better athlete. But he’s going around Barcroft talking shit about me. I challenge Panzer to a fist fight up on Doran’s Hill to see who the real leader of Barcroft is.”
